Mobile Notary Services
Mobile Notary Public Serving Champaign County
On site notarization wherever you are, with evening and weekend availability.
What a Mobile Notary Does
A mobile notary travels to you. Instead of arranging your day around a bank branch or a shipping store counter, you choose the place and the time, and the notary arrives with the seal, the journal, and the correct certificate wording for the act you need.
That matters when signers cannot easily leave a home or office, when several people need to sign together, when the signing has to happen after business hours, or when a document is time sensitive and there is no room to be turned away because a counter clerk was unavailable or unfamiliar with the act being requested.
Illini Notary confirms what the document requires before the appointment is scheduled, so the visit produces a completed notarization rather than a second trip.

Travel fees vary by distance from Champaign. The visit fee and the travel fee are quoted together before the appointment is confirmed, so there is nothing added afterward.
| Service | Fee | How it is quoted |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile Notary | Quoted on request | A visit fee plus a travel fee that varies by distance, with a minimum call out. Travel is quoted by zone, Zone 1 covering zero to 10 miles from Champaign, Zone 2 eleven to 20 miles, and Zone 3 twenty-one to 35 miles. Both fees are quoted before the appointment is scheduled. |
Prices shown are estimates. Your exact quote is confirmed once we have the full scope of your documents and service needs.
Government and third party fees, including the Illinois Secretary of State per document authentication fee, are passed through at cost and itemized separately from the professional service fee charged by Illini Notary and Signing Services.
These figures are planning ranges held for confirmation. Each service is quoted directly before work begins, and no figure is published as a final price until it has been confirmed.
Mobile Service or Remote Online Notarization
Mobile service requires the signer and the notary to be in the same room. Remote online notarization is a different pathway: the signing happens in a secure audio and video session under Illinois law, which suits a signer who is out of state, abroad, or unable to schedule an in person visit.
If the person who must sign cannot meet in person, the remote pathway is usually the right one.
